Technology Management Consultants sells Nuvonyx Automated Diode Lasers Systems for all materials processing applications.

TMC supplies laser equipment for all materials processing applications, including cutting, welding cladding, engraving, marking and others. 

Our work stations are either robotic or gantry based. They are custom designed and build, assuring optimised performance for each specific application.  

 

The ISL material processing diode laser system combines state-of-the-art technology with ease of use for practical application solutions. 

One unique advantage of our direct diode lasers is the beam size. At 6mm x .25 mm this beam can give the user advantages other laser systems won’t. For welding applications you don’t have to be concerned about fit-up problems.

 

The line source we use should be looked upon as a great TIG weld, not a typical keyhole weld associated with other laser systems.

 

By changing the angle of the laser, it is possible to eliminate gaps, preheat material, add filler material etc…For heat treating applications the laser beam is a diverging source that can be focused at 12mm x .5mm or the laser head can be pulled back from the material to increase the heat treated area. The power density delivered to part is up to the user.

 

The ISL-Series lasers can be operated in a continuous wave or pulsed mode, from 0 watts up to 4000 watts. These features are not available in YAG or CO2 lasers. 

 

Typical applications of Diode Lasers include: Welding, Heat Treating, Cladding, Brazing, Laser Soldering, Paint Stripping and Free Form fabrication

The ISL-4000LTM Diode Laser System 
The ISL-4000LTM, a 4,000 Watt direct diode laser uses four 1 kW laser diode stacks to produce the high power beam for material processing. The ISL-4000LTM combines state-of-the-art micro-optics with laser diodes to produce a high efficiency reliable heat source for a variety of applications. The ISL-4000LTM is ideally suited for heat treating, metal cladding of parts, epoxy curing, paint stripping, soldering, plastic welding, cutting and welding. 

The ISL-4000LTM laser head can be mounted directly on a robot or gantry system. The laser head is designed to operate when located over 100 ft from the main power supply. This provides the system designer flexibility unequalled with other laser systems.

The ISL-4000LTM 4000 Watt CW Laser Diode features:

The ISL-1000MTM produces 1000 Watts of CW optical energy out of a standard 1000 micron fiber. The ISL-1000MTM combines state-of-the-art micro-optics with laser diodes to produce a high efficiency reliable heat source for a variety of applications. This system is ideally suited for cutting, welding, soldering and high precision cladding (blade tip repair and other aircraft applications) in particular. Utilizing advanced materials technology, this laser will provide you with an alternative to a YAG laser system.

Features include high output power, excellent energy efficiency, and long life. This system has been designed to give you a cost-effective solution to upgrading your existing laser system, or a new option for improving your manufacturing capabilities.

ISL- LP and ISL- LPT Diode Laser Systems 
The ISL-Low Power direct diode systems will produce up to 150 Watts of CW optical energy. Custom output beams and wavelengths are available Features include high output power, excellent energy efficiency, and long life. This system has been designed to give you a cost-effective solution to your existing laser applications.
