Technology
Management Consultants supplies powder materials for
various coating, hardfacing and powder metallurgy applications,
including thermal spray, PTA hardfacing, laser cladding and powder
metallurgy manufacturing:
High Purity Spherical WC
With
hardness between 2900-3100 HV 0.1, TMC's spherical tungsten carbide
powder is the hardest one on the market. For instance, conventional
angular cast WC powder has a hardness of 2200-2400 HV 0.1.
Metal
matrix composite hardfacing, made of hard spherical tungsten carbide
particles in a ductile metal binder, is recognized to be the best
abrasion-resistant material.
CVD Coated Composite Powders
BoroMetTM*)
is a family of metal-coated ceramic particles specifically
engineered for thermal spray applications. TMC offers Nickel-,
Cobalt-, Aluminium-,
Copper-, Iron-, Chrome-and Silicon-coated particles with unrivalled
performance compared to traditionally prepared materials.
Carbide Powder Materials for Thermal Spray Applications
TMC
Thermal Spray materials product line consists of two groups of powders:
-Spherical Agglomerated Carbide Powders
-Metal and Alloy Gas Atomised Powders
Both
groups of materials include extensive range of powder compositions and
particle size ranges, which are developed to suit all requirements.
